Warning services for areas at risk of flooding are provided for England, Wales and Scotland. BBC Weather works closely with its partners to raise awareness of weather events affecting Northern Ireland. Specific flood warnings, however, are not currently issued for Northern Ireland.

Flooding is possible on 04 November 2025 . Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near rivers. Further rain across today, Monday 3 November and Tuesday 4 November will lead to increased river levels which will peak on Tuesday. There is currently uncertainty in the band of rain which will pass across Cumbria on Monday evening and into Tuesday. If it does pass over south Cumbria then it has the potential to cause property flooding in Appleby on Tuesday. We will monitor this situation and issue flood warnings if required. Flooding is possible today, Monday 3 November. We expect to see high water levels around Potter Heigham, Wroxham boat yards and Ferry Road in Horning. River levels will remain high over the next couple of days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. Act now. The River Lyon is responding to recent rainfall. Agricultural land along the Glen Lyon Valley is at risk of flooding. An updated Flood Warning will be issued if river levels continue to rise and there is a risk of more widespread flooding.
