Zip-lining has returned to the Principality Stadium after it left during the summer.

A previous attraction left when the contract ended with the company that ran it.

At the time the Welsh Rugby Union [WRU] said it was temporary and promised there was "exciting news" to come.

Welsh firm Zip World has now taken over and is running walks over the 60m-high roof, abseils and zip lines across the stadium.

There were, it said, more "adrenaline-filled experiences" to come.

The previous attraction opened in April 2024 with people able to climb up the side of the famous landmark for £44, with the cost to also walk along the roof and abseil back down at £89.

In last year's WRU annual report, the attraction was mentioned as part of the union's capital expenditure, highlighting "£3.9m for the construction and development of the scale roof walk adventure experience".

In an interview with BusinessLive in April, WRU chairman Richard Collier-Keywood said the attraction was underperforming and delivering "nowhere near the projections we had hoped for".

The new zip line opened on Friday, 31 October.
